Return Policy

A store credit will be presented for clothing returns
only if the items are accompanied with the original
sales receipt, the price tags are still attached to the 
articles and must be within 3 business days of purchase.

Acceptable Items

We accept most items that are in good clean working condition. These items include but are not limited to: Clothing, Furniture, Electronics, Appliances, Sporting Goods, Linen and Kitchenware.

Unacceptable Items

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept items that are in poor condition along with the following: Automotive Parts, Refrigerators, Freezers, Air Conditioners, Building Materials, Metal Furniture and Console Furniture.

Donation Pick Up

We offer free pick up of your donations, some restrictions apply. All donations must be scheduled prior to the date of pickup. Due to the large area we service, some areas are only available on specific days. If your items are inside, we ask that all items be on the ground level unless an elevator is available. We ask that all items be bagged/boxed for us prior to our arrival.

Donation Value

The Salvation Army does not assign a dollar value to donations. We recommend that you take pictures of your donation to provide to whoever prepares your taxes along with our receipt. We do have a recommended list of prices for your reference.

    We are proud to announce that Gardner White has 2 donation programs with us. They are accepting Clothing Donations at each of their store locations during their regular hours of operation. Gardner White also has a program in place that if you are buying new furniture, you may donate your old furniture. Read More
